At Make It Possible, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags, packaging, and invoice.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible. Sale items or items under promotions may not qualify unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Go to: email us at contact@makeitpossible.in
- Provide: Order ID, product details, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos if needed.
- Approval & Pickup: Once approved, we will schedule a pickup (serviceable pin codes only). If pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to courier it to our warehouse.
- Refund or Exchange: After inspection, refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refund Process
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method (UPI/Card/Wallet) within 5-7 working days.
- COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or issued as store credit.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchange Guidelines
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Only size or color exchange is allowed. Style change is not permitted.
- A product can be exchanged once per order.
Non-returnable Items
- Items bought during clearance sales or final sale
- Products returned without original packaging/tags
Damaged or Incorrect Items?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Return Shipping
- First-time returns/exchanges are free.
- Subsequent return/exchange requests may incur a small logistics fee.
